And... it was the day my middle daughter took her high school entrance exam, so...
I'm Eriko, the person in charge of streaming, and I'm more interested in that.

I just had a conversation with my daughter who had just finished her exams.
"I forgot to write my name" he said.
"Does that mean it's a zero?" I shouted,
Apparently they point it out right there,
It seems like it won't be 0 points...
Phew 💦

I can't do anything about this,
All I can do is pray...

"About Niku Kappo Sasae's Spring Menu"
New menu from February!

My recommendation for this season's menu is
"Oysters and mackerel grilled with miso (bottom right photo)"

The mellow flavor of miso with egg yolk
Combined with oysters, it's delicious!
I don't like oysters, but
This made me want to eat another one 🥰
A gentle taste that will soothe your soul...

Unlike December, I don't feel tired at all.

It's about "Ehomaki"

It was discussed last year as well,
Did not achieve realization
"Yukke Kimbap Ehomaki"
This year is the first time it has appeared❗

This Ehomaki,
Homemade ham, egg yolk pickled in soy sauce, namul, etc.
"Sasae" is proud of its Kuroge Wagyu beef yukke, which is generously wrapped in it.
It's so delicious you'll be addicted to it!
