What is ASC certification?
An acronym for Aquaculture, Stewardship (Administration), and Council (Association), an international "sea eco-label" indicating that it is a marine product that has been nurtured responsibly while protecting the nature of the sea.
There are many certification systems that can be granted just by registering, but there are 125 strict screening standards for "ASC certification", so it cannot be easily obtained. It is a certification system that allows only safe and secure ingredients.
Why you need ASC certification

What is MSC (Marine Stewardship Council)?
Sea creatures such as fish, shellfish and shrimp are necessary for many people around the world to live.
These sea creatures can be eaten indefinitely as long as they grow naturally and catch the appropriate amount in consideration of their speed of growth.
