Major changes or complete cancellations of your reservation will be accepted up to one month prior to the date of use.Any major changes or complete cancellations made after that will incur a cancellation fee.*This also applies to cancellations due to infection prevention measures and cancellations due to disasters or bad weather.The fees are as follows:

1 month to 8 days before the reservation date: 10% of the application amount

7 to 4 days before the reservation date: 30% of the application amount

3 to 2 days before the reservation date: 50% of the reservation amount

The day before or the day of your reservation: 100% of the reservation amount
